Welcome to the shipping lowdown! Let’s be real: waiting for happy mail is the hardest part. Here is absolutely everything you need to know about how, when, and why your gorgeous prints make their way to your front door.

1. The "Freshly Baked" Print Process

Because I run this shop as a solo artist using amazing print-on-demand partners, your art is printed custom just for you. This means we don’t have dusty boxes of prints sitting in a warehouse.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days for your print to be freshly inked, dried, quality-checked, and packaged up.

  • Shipping Time: Once it leaves the printer, standard shipping usually takes another 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your door (depending on where you live).

2. When Does My Subscription Ship?

If you are in the Secret Art Club, your shipping schedule looks like this:

  • The Monthly Rhythm: Your card is billed on the same day you originally signed up. Once that payment clears, your custom order automatically triggers at the printer.

  • The Journey: It takes a few days to print, and then it is zipped straight to your mailbox. You will get a shiny tracking link sent to your inbox the second it hits the mail!

3. Shipping Rates & Tracking

  • Tracking: Yes, absolutely! Every single order comes with tracking. The moment your package is on its way, you’ll get an email with a link so you can obsessively track its journey to your house.

  • Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. I do my best to keep these rates as low and friendly as possible!

4. Lost in Transit?

Sometimes the postal system eats things. If your tracking link hasn't updated in over 10 business days, please send me a message through the contact page and I will investigate to make sure your art gets to you.

5. "My Print Arrived Bent/Sad/Ruined!"

Oh no! While we use super-tough, rigid packaging, sometimes mail carriers treat packages like they’re in a dodgeball tournament.

If your print arrives bent, creased, or looking less than perfect, do not panic.

  1. Snap a quick photo of the damaged print and the packaging.

  2. Head to the Contact Page and send it over to me.

  3. I will get a brand-new, perfect replacement printed and shipped to you immediately at no extra cost. Your happiness is literally my entire job!
